| 1- How do i become a client of Nilomatchmaker? |
| |
You must be at least 22 years old to register and you must submit one recent photograph of yourself. We also require you to complete a telephone interview with our matchmaker. During the interview with your matchmaker, will gather information about your personality, religious beliefs, likes and dislikes and, values. Your matchmaker will discuss your expectations of your life partner.After each introduction your matchmaker will expect feedback. The feedback will help to fine tune introductions. |

All background checks conducted by Nilomatchmaker are in accordiance with all laws.The following are certain checks you may expect from us. |

| 3 - On what grounds are people rejected from Nilomatchmaker? |

| 1 - If you have criminal record. |
| 2 - If you are currently legally married. |
| 3 - If you have married more than two times. |
| 4 - If you have provided false and misleading information about yourself. |

| 4 - How does the process of matchmaking works? |
| |
Nilomatchmaker will provide you matches over a period of 3 months. You will receive pre-screened 2 to 4 matches monthly. After the telephone interview you can expect to receive your first match in 7 to 10 days. You will login to the site Nilomatchmaker
and view your matches with photographs. If you accept the match, your matchmaker will arrange the meeting for you to start communicating. Feedback from you is important after each introduction to guide you or further refine your matches.

You will receive 2 to 4 matches pre-screened monthly. |

| 6 - What is the average age of your clients? |
| |
| The average ages of our clientele are between 26-65 with the highest concentration between 30 and 50. |

| 7 - What is your refund policy? |
| |
If we are unable to provide you with an appropriate match within the first month of your membership, we will refund your full matchmaking service charges. However, if you accept the first match there will be no refund. Your registration fee of $150 is non-refundable. |

| 9 - How do you decide on a match and introduce people? |

Matches are made based on the information you have given us, your specific feedback, and based on your culture and values. Geographical location is taken into consideration, but its importance varies from one individual to the next. The matchmaker talks to both parties and makes sure that they are comfortable enough to meet with each other. Once the trust is established between the two, we usually recommend the gentleman to make the call and set up a meeting place.
After the meeting we talk about the how it went and take down critical feedback that ensures that we are heading in the right direction and are finding you matches that are closer and closer to what you are looking for.
We make sure that we work with our clients every step of the way. Even if we do not have an exact match within our clientele, we will actively search to find you one. |
